VOLUNTEERS FOR CHEN SHOW NEEDED

You should have received an announcement for the next Chen Arts show: “METAMORPHOSIS”  which is has been scheduled for Sat, Jan 21 to Sat, Feb 4, 2012

Just a reminder that the Deadline for submissions and payment is Saturday, January 7th & Sunday, January 8th.

A requirement of participating in the show, is serving on a committee, the following committees are looking for Volunteers:

--Opening Night Reception Committee will be chaired by Tracey Lopez, please email her directly at  traceymlopez@gmail.com if you are interested in serving.

--Manning the Gallery Hours Committee will be chaired by Ana Hamilton, please email her directly at anahamiltonart@gmail.com if you are  interested in serving.

-- Publicity Committee will be chaired by Kate Hughes, who now has posters, and will soon have postcards, she will need help in getting the word out. If you are interested in serving on her committee, please email her directly at intoxikatephotos@gmail.com

CHEN ARTIST HOSTS WINTER HOME SALE

Happy Holidays! Holly Groome warmly invites you to join in support of our local artists and crafters in a Winter Home Sale!

Located at her home in South Allentown; not far from the AutoMile/South Mall.

In addition to lots of gorgeous little things available for your
last-minute holiday shopping, we’ll have snacks/refreshments as well as craft projects for the kids. Also great for marketing your own business/art/craft and networking.

DEC 9 DAVE ROPER TRIO AT SYMPHONY HALL

Friday evening (December 9th), The Dave Roper Trio will be the next Jazz Cabaret in the Rodale Room, at Allentown Symphony Hall (7:30 PM).

This promises to be a Holiday Treat for you and your friends so hurry and reserve your seats, because Dave is always very popular in the Lehigh Valley. He was the 2008 Ovation Award winner - Performer of the Year; he has performed here for 5 decades; and his audiences love his eclectic repertoire of jazzy interpretations of the American Songbook, Broadway, and Hollywood hits.
